1.0 Ownership

1.1 This site is owned and operated by CTS Computers Our registered office is:

1.2 All rights in this website are owned by CTS Computers. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.

 2.0 Ordering Goods and Cancellations
 
2.1 All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website, you will receive an email to confirm that we are processing your order. You should check email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.

2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.

2.4 You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days after the day the goods were delivered unless we have previously stipulated to you via email that we are buying the goods in exclusively for you and that you have acknowledged by email that you accept your order is non cancellable.

2.5 If you wish to cancel your order you must notify CTS Computers via email within the stated 7 day period, cancellations after 7 days will not be accepted. Upon notifying CTS Computers of your cancellation CTS Computers will issue you with a unique RMA number. You must return the goods to CTS Computers in the same condition and completeness as CTS Computers delivered them to you, please note this includes, packaging, manuals, cables, software etc. If you do not return the goods in the same condition and completeness, CTS Computers at its sole discretion can either reject the cancellation or levy a charge against you or your credit card to make good any damage or missing items. Please note that software of any description is subject to separate terms and conditions and if you open, use or register the software that comes with your goods and then cancel your order you will be liable a for a charge up to 25% of the cost of the goods.

2.6 The goods remain your property and responsibility until such time as CTS Computers signs acceptance of the return delivery of the goods, we strongly advise you to use a secure signed for service, for example Registered Postal Service for Delivery, the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. Should you wish to return any goods, please go to the Returns section for further information.

 3.0 Processing your orders and payment

3.1 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

3.2 All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT Unless you are logged on as a Trade Customer in which case all prices are Ex-VAT. Delivery charges are clearly highlighted throughout the site. For further information on delivery charges see the Delivery section.

3.3 Customers using PayPal, please note that any commission charged by PayPal to you in conjunction with placing an order is not refundable.

3.4 Customers using a credit card, your card will not be debited until the day we ship your goods.

 4.0 VAT, Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes

4.1 All prices listed on the site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Documentation is enclosed with the goods to confirm that VAT has been charged and the rate which has been applied.

4.3 Under Ireland VAT rules, VAT is charged on all shipping costs.

4.4 For all countries outside of the EU, for example USA, Switzerland or Taiwan - no VAT is charged.

4.5 Our main VAT registration number is IE6423503N.

4.6 Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import. You should always confirm what the import tax and duties will be before placing your order, these charges will normally be accepted by the courier used to deliver your goods and passed on to you at the point of delivery. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. Please note this charge is levied by your government not by CTS Computers and we have no control over it. If you or someone acting on your behalf rejects the goods at the point of delivery then CTS Computers will charge you for all the associated delivery and administration charges.

5.0 Pricing
 
5.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

5.2 Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when the stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

6.0 Installation of equipment

6.1 Installation of equipment including car kits must be carried by a suitably qualified professional technician. CTS Computers cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with the installation or subsequent removal of equipment.

 7.0 General

7.1 The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by Irish law.

7.2 We shall not be responsible to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date you order the goods.

7.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7.4 Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.

7.5 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act.

7.6 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.

7.7 We may assign or transfer any of our rights or sub contract any of our obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party.

7.8 You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with our specific permission in writing.

7.9 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website.

7.10 There are from time to time links on our website to third party websites which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not have any control over the content of these websites nor can we be liable in respect of anything contained on these websites.

7.11 These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between you and ourselves and will remain in force for the duration of our trading relationship.

7.12 All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) shall be solely owned by us. You are permitted only to use material on this website as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.

7.13 Any unauthorized use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
